Anne P. Kulik, 89, of New Castle passed away on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, while in Kailua Kona, Hawaii.
Anne was born Aug. 18, 1928, in New Castle. She was a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Machinsky Pashko.
She was married to Nick Kulik. They were married for 55 years before he preceded her in death.
Anne was of the Orthodox faith.
Mrs. Kulik was a graduate of New Castle High School and New Castle Business School.
Mrs. Kulik worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone and retired from AT&T.
She was a loving and devoted, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family was very dear to her and she was always there to help and support them. She also had a great love of her companions, her cats.
Anne loved to travel. After retirement, she became an accomplished artist.
She was a longtime member of the Ellwood City Art Club and also painted with the West Hawaii Plein Air Painters Club.
She is survived by her three children, Steven (RoseAnn) Kulik of New Castle, Dr. Carole (Gene) Kulik Lewis of Campbell, California, and Amy (Peter) Guggenheimer of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania; sister, Eva Mazur of New Castle; sister-in-law, Rose Pashko of Santa Ana, California; four grandchildren, Diane Stanton, Allison Guggenheimer, and Larisa and Nicholas Kulik; and great-granddaughter, Natalia Kulik.
Mrs. Kulik was preceded in death by her husband, Nick; her parents; two brothers, William Minnen and John Pashko; and her sister, Vera Blashak.
Visitation with her family will be 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Noga Funeral Home Inc., 1142 S. Mill St.
A Trisagion Service will be held at 4:30 p.m. immediately following the visitation at St. Elias Orthodox Church. The Rev. Kevin G. Long, pastor of St. Elias Orthodox Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
