Beverly Jean Schenck (formerly Beverly Jean Pavkovich), 79, of Butler passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017.
She was born on March 12, 1937, in New Castle to the late Elmer and Minnie (Shook) Jacobson.
Mrs. Schenck enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, flying, golf and especially her dog, Annie.
She also valued continued education which was evidenced by her receiving her paralegal certificate from Penn State University in 2006 at the age of 69.
Mrs. Schenck is survived by her three sons, Stanley D. Pavkovich and his wife, Jennifer, of Butler, Mark A. Pavkovich of Prospect, Pennsylvania, and Gregory Pavkovich and his wife, Lisa, of Avon, Ohio; her daughter, Cynthia Wetzel and her husband, John, of New Castle; eight grandchildren, Leah Cotelesse and her husband, Corey, David Pavkovich and his wife, Cassie, Dylan Marshall and his wife, Bodi, Jason Marshall and his wife, Leaha, Rebecca Selker and her husband, Jason, Brian Pavkovich, Justin Pavkovich and Sara Pavkovich; and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Josephine Boever and her husband, Al, of Parrish, Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, F. Michael Schenck.
