Bonnie A. Bara, 58, of New Castle passed away the afternoon of Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018, at her residence.
Born Aug. 19, 1959, in New Castle, she was a daughter of Bill and Sara J. (Trover) Rigotti.
She married Kenny Bara on Oct. 20, 1990. He survives at home.
Bonnie was a 1977 graduate of Vo-Tech.
She was a bank teller at Ellwood Savings Bank and First National Bank.
Bonnie enjoyed camping with family and friends.
What gave Bonnie the most joy in life was spending time with her family.
Along with her husband, Bonnie is survived by two sons, Gary Lee Parks Jr., and Michael K. Bara, both of New Castle; brother, Joe (Susan) Rigotti of New Castle; stepmother, Joyce Rigotti; and two stepsisters, Donna and Debbie.
She was preceded in death by her parents and stepbrother, David Cornelius.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
A service will follow visitation at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Bonnie and I were very good friends back in high school. She was a very sweet, warm, wonderful person and friend and I am so sorry for your loss.
