Carol Ann Boak, 79, of Pulaski passed away the afternoon of Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017, at Gulf Coast Hospital in Ft. Myers, Florida.
Born Sept. 21, 1938, in New Castle, she was a daughter of Herbert C. and Anna "Tish" C. Anderson Ridgley.
Surviving at home is her husband of 58 years, Dean P. Boak, whom she married July 24, 1959.
Carol was a 1958 graduate of New Castle High School.
She was employed as a clerk at G.C. Murphy Co. and a nurse's aide at the Haven Convalescent Home.
She was a member and past president of the Raintree Red Hatters and a former member of Second United Presbyterian Church in New Castle.
Carol and her husband, Dean, wintered at their home in North Ft. Myers for the past 18 years.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Jodi A. Boak and Jennifer A. (John) Owen of New Castle; a son, Jay C. Boak of Pulaski; a brother, Charles J. (Margi) Ridgley of Cranberry, Pennsylvania; and five grandchildren, Jesse Dean Boak, Taylor R. Boak Burgess, Carolyn P. Boak, Shawn Stockdill and Bradley Stockdill.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Jeannie Stockdill.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date at the convenience of the family.
