Hazel I. Boyle
Hazel I. Boyle, 92, of Shenango Township passed away the morning of Oct. 7, 2019, at her residence.
Born on Nov. 17, 1926, in Ellwood City, she was a daughter of Charles and Edna (Locke) Jordan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren R. Boyle, whom she married in November 1947.
Hazel was a homemaker and enjoyed playing cards with the Happy Hearts Card Club.
She attended Harmony Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Lyons of New Castle; a son, Timothy H. Boyle of New Castle; a brother, Bud Jordan of Florida; two sisters, Nancy Wetzel of New Castle and Janet (Guy) Monico of Florida; three grandchildren, Joshua Boyle, Cody Lyons, Brittany (Alexander) Pears; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Robert Boyle and Gary Boyle.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road.
A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Mount Hermon Cemetery.
