Jack was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, a son of the late Harrison and Amy Wagoner Creech. Jack moved to Niles, Ohio, in 1972.
Jack had been employed as a driver for Hiltrux Tank Lines from where he retired.
Jack was an Army veteran, serving his country with honor.
Jack married Kathleen Dollard on June 24, 2000, and she survives.
Jack was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen; their daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie (Brian) Gifford and Desiree (Jesse) Hardin; and grandchildren, Taylor Gifford, Marcus Crank, Sollie Crank, Blake Gifford and Olivia Hardin. Jack leaves behind his brother, Glen Creech and his wife, Goldie; sisters, Lucy (Louie) Oakley, JoAnn (Glen) Gregory and Carolyn (Bob); and sister-in-law, Amy Miles, and her daughter, Corey; plus many nieces and nephews.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, John and Denny; and sisters, Aline, Olive and Bonnie.
Visitation is scheduled for 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Terry. A Cunningham Funeral Home, 203 Oak St., Bessemer.
A service will follow at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Garey McCartney officiating.
