Kandace D. Karpik, 32, of Edinburg passed away the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, at UPMC Montefiore Hospital.
She was born on Jan. 19, 1985, in New Castle.
She is survived by her father, John J. Karpik and his wife, Belle, of Penn Run, Pennsylvania, and her mother, Frances Lewis Nicely and her husband, Daniel, of Edinburg.
Kandace had worked at Town and Country Lounge.
She was known for her love of animals and enjoyed baking and cooking.
In addition to her parents, Kandace is survived by her children, Thomas William Watt III and Sahairra Belle Rogers; her brothers, John Joseph Karpik IV of Penn Run, Pennsylvania, James Edward Karpik of Clune, Pennsylvania, and Dennis Lewis of Penn Run, Pennsylvania; and her sisters, Olivia Jean Nicely of Hermitage and Cassandra Bowser of New Castle.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
Services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Dennis Bupp.
