Paul Jordan Paul Jordan, 74, of New Castle passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019.
Born in New Castle on Jan. 26, 1945, he was a son of Isadore and Minnie Cox Jordan.
Paul retired from Blair Strip Steel after 30 years as a laborer.
He enjoyed dancing, playing cards, bingo, cooking and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Katherine Wise and Darlene Jordan; and two brothers, Carl and Wayne Jordan Sr.
Paul will be sadly missed by two sisters, Loretta (Ronald) Rose of Dayton, Ohio, and Minerva (Curtis) Hilton of Farrell; two godsons, Wayne Jordan Jr. of Pittsburgh and Robert Cohen of New Castle; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Baptist Church, 616 W. North St., New Castle, where a Homegoing service will held at 11 a.m.
Friends will be received at 508 Bell Ave.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Charlotte A. Sheffield Funeral Home, 454 Chestnut St., New Castle, Pa. 16101.

Uncle Paul you were always like a father to me. I will miss you with my whole heart. You are with the angels, but more importantly your with Gram! I know you were so happy to see her and hold her! Until I see you both again I will be counting the days!! I love you!

DebbiTay-Way- I extend my deepest sympathies to Fam & friends of one of the more unique ppl in my life. Paul: a beautiful person loved to dress & smell good Loved to dance play cards fish + fish fries ESP when the ol ladies sister gang were around Working hard enjoying life/family. My my my the good old days. We all had great times just family created. Paul was always willing to help, now in heaven shining as a bright star to help us here find our own special lite because Paul was special & kind. I worked with Mr Jordan at Blair Strip Steel for 20 years was a very kind and loyal friend. Rest In Peace my friend.
