Rosemary C. DeCarbo, 57, of Union Township passed away the afternoon of Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
Born on Aug. 5, 1960, in New Castle, she was known as her mother, Rosalie Carbon DeCarbo of New Castle, and father's, the late Charles A. "Bo" DeCarbo, miracle child after overcoming many health challenges throughout her life.
She had worked as a secretary and receptionist for Attorney Carmen Lamancusa.
A devoted member of Christ the King Parish, Rosemary served with the Health Ministry for the church.
She loved to cook and bake, and she was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates fan.
Rosemary cherished the time she spent with her family and friends and was known as a big sister to many, especially her cousins and godchildren.
In addition to her mother, Rosemary is survived by two aunts, an uncle, several cousins and her two godchildren.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
Blessing services will be conducted at noon Saturday at the funeral home, officiated by Deacon John Carran.
Entombment will take place in Castle View Memorial Gardens.
