Sally Ann Perkins (Snyder), 58, of Phoenix passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in New Castle, she was a daughter of Henry and Pearl Snyder.
Sally is survived by her husband, Sam; her sisters, Marty (Bill), Lois and Norma; her niece, Tracy (Bob); and two stepchildren, Damian and Briana (Dan).
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park on Sept. 14, 2019 at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley at www.HOV.ORG.

My utmost sympathy goes out to Sam, Lois, Marty, Norma, Tracy and all family & friends that had the pleasure of knowing Sally! She has been one of my dearest friends since jr high! I will never forget her comical personality and her motivational, supportive friendship! You could always count on Sally to be in your corner! I am thankful to Sally for being a great and wonderful friend all these years! Rest In Peace my dear friend 🙏😇❤️✌️

My heartfelt sympathies and deep condolences to Sally’s Loved ones. I offer my prayers for Sally’s soul so that she may rest beautifully and eternally with Jesus in Heaven. So very sad. She waged a courageous battle.
