Willa Mae Allison, 91, of Shenango on the Green, New Wilmington, passed away the afternoon of Feb. 3, 2017, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Born Aug. 13, 1925, in West Sunbury, Pa., she was the daughter of Howard F. and Jesse Christy Allison.
Willa Mae retired after 44 years from Cooper Industries in Mount Vernon, Ohio, as a bookkeeper in 1989.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She is survived by one brother, Charles F. (Martha) Allison of Ellwood City; two sisters, Verna Zedreck of West Sunbury and Pearl Stark of Bolivar, N.Y.; and 31 nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Guy, Bob, Wayne and her twin brother, Willis Allison, and two sisters, Virginia Hogg and Claridel Abbot.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from noon to 2 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday immediately following visitation at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Matthew Bupp, Celtic Hospice chaplain, officiating.
Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park in Grove City.
