Jordan T. Bobin, 17, of New Beaver Borough, Wampum, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He died from injuries received after being struck by an automobile while bicycling.
Born on June 14, 1999, in Ellwood City, he was a son of Jon M. and Cindy Wise Bobin.
Jordan was a senior at Mohawk High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Club.
He attended Edgewood Baptist Church.
Jordan enjoyed camping, kayaking and bicycling.
He was selfless and always enjoyed helping people.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two brothers; his twin, Tyler J., and his younger brother, Brett S.; and his grandparents, Blanche Bobin and Ben and Peggy Wise Main, all of New Beaver Borough.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Bobin and Bruce Wise.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main St., Wampum.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with Pastor Mike Coleman of the Edgewood Baptist Church officiating. Attendees are requested to meet at the Marshall Funeral Home before 10:30 a.m. before proceeding to the Wampum Chapel on Clyde Street for the service.
Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
