Kenneth M. Pistachio, 64, of Ellwood City passed away the afternoon of Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017.
Born on Dec. 26, 1952, in Ellwood City, he was a son of the late Samuel and Lucy Pistachio.
On Sept. 2, 1989, he married his beloved wife, the former Marsha M. Brown, and the two of them spent 18 years together until she preceded him in death on Nov. 15, 2007.
Kenneth enjoyed fishing and recycling projects.
He was a member of New Castle Church of God.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Belinda Wright and her husband, Adam, of Ellwood City; his brothers, Arthur Pistachio and his wife, Lori, of New Castle, Joseph Pistachio and his wife, Margaret, of Ellwood City and Samuel Pistachio Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Mechanicsville, Maryland; and his sisters, Carol Pistachio of Ellwood City, Rosemarie Putrino and her husband, Gino, of New York and Barbara Couse and her husband, Clint, of Warren, Pennsylvania.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers, David and John Pistachio; and his sister, Lucille Pistachio.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Ronald Mounts.
Interment will take place in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
