Peggy Lee Cox, 64, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at The Ohio State University Medical Center, surrounded by her daughters.
She was the retired owner of Medically Correct Transcription.
A graduate of Mohawk Junior/Senior High School in Mount Jackson, she spent her early years in Edinburg and then Youngstown, Ohio.
Peggy is survived by her daughters, Niki DiLullo (Jay) DiMuzio of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Francine DiLullo (Mike) Barker of New Albany, Ohio; her grandchildren, Gianna, Anthony and Bella DiMuzio, and Michael and Garrett Barker; and her brother, Rick (Sue) Cox of Edinburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Pat Cox.
As per Peggy's wishes, there will be no service.
Her daughters would like to offer their heartfelt gratitude to Lifeline of Ohio and the entire staff at The Ohio State University Medicial Center and the Ross Heart Hospital for their excellent care.
