Thomas Louis Masters Sr., 57, of New Castle passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital.
Born in New Castle on Nov. 14, 1959, Thomas was a son of the late John and Mary Clark Masters.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Randall.
Thomas was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish.
He was the previous owner of Black Diamond Sealcoating and previous co-owner of Masters Auto and Truck Co.
Thomas enjoyed fishing, hunting, drag racing and riding motorcycles. He cherished the times he spent surrounded by his children and grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Audrey, Thomas is survived by his children, Dana Masters and Jennifer Masters, both of New Castle, Thomas L. Masters Jr and his wife, Valerie, of Ellwood City, and Samuel Masters of New Castle; his brother, John Masters of Ohio; his five grandchildren; a close friend who was like a son to him, Evans "Jay-R" Lindsey Jr. of New Castle; his two former wives, Kathleen Masters and Terri Harper, both of New Castle; and he will also be sadly missed by his dog, Diamond.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. William Siple of St. Vincent de Paul Parish.
