Walter N. Bucci, 85, of Neshannock Township passed away the afternoon of May 1, 2017, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.
Born on June 27, 1931, in New Castle, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Josephine Georgio Bucci.
Walter retired as an electrical technician and the owner of Bucci TV & Electronics. He served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Korean Era. An active member of St. Vitus Church, Walter was a member of the Holy Name Society for the church and a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council #512. He also belonged to and played with the Red Coat Band and enjoyed watching sports.
In addition to his parents, Walter was preceded in death by his sisters, Helen Gianni, Anna Gianni, and Mary Biasella.
Visitation will be held Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. Blessing services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Father William Siple.
Interment will take place in St. Vitus Cemetery.
