William J. Beighley, 74, of New Castle passed away Jan. 27, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Wayne Leroy "Skip" Fennell Jr., 70, of 1506 E. Washington St. passed away the evening of Jan. 24, 2026, with his family by his side. Arrangements are by Noga Funeral Home, Inc.

Ralph D. Johns Sr., 90, formerly of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of Jan. 16, 2026, at Allegheny Valley Hospital. Following his wishes, private burial services will be held later this week.

Steve Handlos, of New Castle, passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Barbara L. Lombardo, age 84 of Kettering, Ohio passed away Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025. She was born July 24, 1941, in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Barbara will be laid to rest at Fairfield Cemetery in Fairborn, Ohio.
