Annarita M. Fiacco Obituary

Annarita M. Fiacco, 89, of West Clayton Street, Mahoningtown, died Saturday, May 4, 2019, at her home. She was born on March 6, 1930, in Rochester, a daughter of the late Albert and Jennie (Tooch) Fiacco.

Miss Fiacco worked as a secretary at the New Castle Grocery Co. and retired from Liberty Mutual. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul and the 55 Luncheon and Women of Faith of the Church. She also was a member of the 37 Club and enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and crocheting.

She is survived by two sisters, Lena Fiacco, and Phyllis Fiacco, both of New Castle; one niece, Lanette Fiacco Tarnaski of New Castle; and one great-nephew, Gage Tarnaski.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert, John, and Pete Fiacco.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, 2019, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 1 Lucymont Drive. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Burial will be in the St. Lucy Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
