New Castle, PA - Brenda Kay Bloise, 62, of Union Township passed away peacefully Feb. 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Dec. 15, 1963, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of James and Rose Bloise.

Brenda attended Walmo School and later began her career at Lark Enterprises, where she took a lot of pride in her work.

She also participated in the Special Olympics, where she loved swimming.

Brenda was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She found the most joy in coloring pictures, doing stickers, singing and dancing her heart out, baking and most of all, spending time with her family.

Brenda was blessed with wonderful caregivers during the last 11 years of her life who showed her tremendous love and compassion.

She radiated happiness and made all of our lives so much brighter. A loving sister, aunt and friend, Brenda will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sisters, Terry Bobosky and her husband, James Bobosky, and Doreen Vitullo and her husband, James Vitullo; her nieces, Angela Melillo and her husband, Nicholas Melillo, and Amanda Bobosky; and her nephew, Michael Vitullo. She also shared a special bond with the family dog, Brutus.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rose Bloise; and her nephew, Anthony Vitullo.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road. A Blessing Service will follow at 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, conducted by Deacon John Carran. Entombment will be in Parkside Mausoleum.
