North Lima, Ohio - Charles A. Palmer Jr. ("Chuck"), 73, passed away peacefully June 25, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born Sept. 2, 1952, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Chuck graduated from New Castle High School in 1970 and proudly served in the Army National Guard.

He retired from Columbia Gas Transmission in 2017 after 35 years of dedicated service.

Chuck shared more than 50 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Debbie (Pagley). He was a devoted husband, father and proud "Pop" to his eight grandchildren, who were the joy of his life.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie; his children, Jennifer (Keith) Stabi, Andrew (Molly) Palmer and Cory (Jessica) Palmer; his grandchildren, Ava, Chloe, Madie, Mya, Austin, Jaxtin, Stella and Dax; along with many extended family members and friends.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. Palmer Sr. and Mary Palmer.
