New Castle - Cindy A. Bucey, 67, of Frew Mill Road, died Thursday, March 19, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle.

She was born May 27, 1958, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Jack Bucey and Lottie (Baxter) Orras.

She worked for Pat Cioffi Contracting and Fulena Paving as a secretary, retiring after 30 years.

She enjoyed shopping, crocheting and going to Sea World. She also was an animal lover, especially dolphins and elephants, and her two dogs, Zoe and Ginger.

She is survived by two brothers, Jack and Greg Bucey; two sisters, Melody Lovaglio and Jodi Hartle and her husband, Gary; five nephews; one niece; one great-niece; and one great-nephew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant brother; and one nephew, Calvin Hartle.

Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave. A funeral service will be celebrated at 6 p.m. following the visitation at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dr. Richard Nero will officiate.
