Cynthia A. McNickle Obituary

Cynthia A. McNickle of New Wilmington, loving wife, mother and grandmother, died peacefully at home Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, at the age of 77.

She was the daughter of the late Harry F. and Sarah E. (Porter) Loy, born Sept. 1, 1946, in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Timothy L. McNickle, whom she married April 4, 1967; two daughters, Amy Ruscille and her husband, Chris, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, and Emily Garner and her husband, Jesse, in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania; and a sister, Diane Boron and her husband, Walter, in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She will be dearly missed by her three grandchildren, Anna L. Garner, Samuel K. Garner and Ella R. Garner.

Preceding Cynthia in death were her parents and a brother, David C. Loy.

Cynthia's life was one of quiet strength, caring, loving and giving. She was a joy to all who knew her.
