David A. Soukovich Obituary
New Castle, PA - David A. Soukovich, 60, of East Hazelcroft Avenue, passed away the morning of July 2, 2026, in UPMC Jameson Hospital.
David was born March 12, 1966, in New Castle. He was the son of the late Anthony J. and Gloria L. (Condas) Soukovich Jr.
David was Roman Catholic and attended Holy Spirit Parish-Mary, Mother of Hope site.
He was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1984.
Mr. Soukovich was working as the maintenance director with several local nursing facilities, most recently We Care Nursing and Rehabilitation here in New Castle.
David was an avid outdoorsman who loved going hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed coaching his children's baseball teams. He was a musician and loved all types of martial arts. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends, especially his children.
Mr. Soukovich is survived by his two children, Vincent G. Soukovich and Madison M. Soukovich, both of New Castle; sister, Kimberly A. (Tracy) Rubis of New Castle; his uncle; several aunts; and numerous cousins.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Dorothy and George Condas.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2026, at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 S. Mill St. New Castle.
A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2006, in the funeral home. Deacon John Carran of Holy Spirit Parish will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.
