New Castle, PA - Dennis Michael Duncan, 74, of 2405 Gilmore St. passed away the morning of Sept. 18, 2025, at his residence.

Dennis was born July 9, 1951, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Oscar Duncan and Gladys Elkins Johns.

Dennis married the former Debbie L. Miller on April 26, 1974. They were married for 51 years. She survives at home.

Dennis was of the Protestant faith.

Dennis retired after several years of service as a local truck driver with P&M Trucking. He also drove truck for Wallas Dairy Farm here in New Castle. Dennis was a member of the Slovak Club and Polish Falcons, Nest #146.

He enjoyed playing pool, going to his camp, and was an avid hunter and fisherman in his early years. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Deborah, Dennis is survived by his brother, Mark Duncan; two sisters, Ruby "Carol" (David) Johnston and Kathy Quear, all of New Castle; and sister-in-law, Susan (John) Widelko.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Alex Quear.

Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025, at the Noga Funeral Home Inc. 1142 S. Mill St., New Castle.

A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation in the funeral home. Pastor Joseph Lahr of Cornerstone Community Church will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
