Faith L. Perrotta, 79, of 1116 S. Mercer St. (Vista South) passed away the afternoon of Feb. 25, 2025, at UPMC Jameson.

Faith was born Feb. 24, 1946, in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Jimmy and Mary (Joseph) Pagley.

Faith was married to the late Richard Perrotta. He preceded her in death in October 1992. They were married for 14 years.

Mrs. Perrotta was of the Maronite Catholic faith and attended St. John the Baptist Maronite Catholic Church.

Faith was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1964. She continued her education earning her master's degree in education. Mrs. Perrotta retired after numerous years as an English teacher with both the New Castle High School and Lawrence County Vocational Technical school systems.

Mrs. Perrotta was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.

Mrs. Perrotta is survived by her son, Evan R. Perrotta of New Castle, Pennsylvania; brother, Jimmy Pagley of New Castle; two grandchildren, Elliana Perrotta and Emma Perrotta; and several special friends.

In addition to her parents, James and Mary Pagley Sr., and her husband, Richard, Faith was preceded in death by her brother, Eddie Pagley.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2025, at the Noga Funeral Home Inc., 1142 S. Mill St., New Castle.

A blessing service will be held immediately following visitation in the funeral home. Rev. Hanna Karam of St. John the Baptist Maronite Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in New Castle.
