New Castle - Helen J. Call, 73, of Court Street, died Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

She was born March 16, 1953, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Charles and Helen (Barris) Terpilowski.

She was married to the late Guy L. Call, who died Sept. 29, 2022.

Helen enjoyed crocheting, completing puzzles and playing puzzle games, and listening to music. She also loved her two cats, Maynard and Frito.

She is survived by three children, Kiley J. Prestopine and her husband, Mark, Frank G. Call and Anthony L. Call and his wife, Michelle, all of New Castle; and four grandchildren, Ian Call, Lucy Call, Dante Call and William Scott.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Terpilowski; and two sisters, Florence Cunningham and Patricia Brown.

Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave. A funeral service will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate.
