Jeanne Stevens, 70, of Scottsdale, Arizona, lost her courageous battle with breast cancer on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on May 16, 1946, in Nottingham, England, to the late James A. and Mary J. Frazier.
She arrived in New Castle on a plane of 25 World War II brides and 27 babies via New York City.
She is survived by her former husband, Charles Stevens of Tempe, Arizona; her son, Ryan, her daughter Renee, and her granddaughter, Rylyn, of Scottsdale; her grandson, Kyle Monroe of New York; her sister, Sally (Raymond) Kuhns of Connellsville, Pennsylvania; her godson, James Price of New Castle; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in Arizona, New Castle, Ireland, and England.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Craig Boles.
Services were private.
