New Castle, Pennsylvania - Jesse Earl Alley Jr., 48, of Allen Street, Union Township, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born in New Castle on June 4, 1970, a son of the late Jesse Earl Alley Sr., and Kathleen Ann (Kobak) Alley, his mother survives in New Castle.

Mr. Alley enjoyed rebuilding cars and trucks and loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, Gary L. Alley of Darlington; one sister, KathyJo Peterson of New Castle; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave.

A funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at 6 p.m. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Albert Librizzi will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Online condolences can be sent to: www.williamrogerdecarbo.com.
