New Middletown - Joseph C. "Frisco" Alexander, 76, of New Middletown, OH, passed away the afternoon of Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Masternick Memorial Care Center.

Born on June 28, 1940, in East Lyme, Connecticut, he was a son of Katherine Alexander.

Joseph retired as a truck driver for K.O. Express Trucking.

He enjoyed restoring old cars.

Joseph is survived by his children, Joseph Alexander Jr. of Stratford, Connecticut, Jeremiah Alexander of Pulaski and Julie (Mark) Turko of Connecticut; his sister, Henrietta (Nick) Matejek of Derby, Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Joseph III, Julian and Jeffrey Alexander.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, George Piche; and his brothers, Ronald, William and George Piche.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.

Services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Dennis Bupp.

Entombment will take place in Parkside Mausoleum.
