New Castle - Joseph C. Pagley Jr., 62, of Harbor Terrace Drive, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at his residence in Edinburg, Pennsylvania.

He was born Dec. 27, 1963, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Joseph C. and Dorothy I. (Hiler) Pagley Sr.

He was a semi-truck driver for over 30 years, then worked for CCT Manufacturing.

Joseph enjoyed helping his friends and family and was an avid football fan. He especially loved his dog, Bailey.

He is survived by his fiancée, Krystle L. Ayala; his twin brother, John C. Pagley, and his wife, Marie, of New Castle; three sisters, JoEllen Piccirillo, Kimberly A. Pagley and Charlene Pelto, all of New Castle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, William J. Pagley and Joseph C. Pagley III; and one sister, Toni I. Donatelli.

Visitation will be 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave. A Funeral Liturgy Outside of Mass will be celebrated at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, following visitation. Deacon John Carran will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
