Kathy Lynn Anderson, 62, of West Pittsburg went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 1, 2019, at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born Oct. 10, 1956, in New Castle, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Carol Axe Mielke Sr.
Kathy graduated from Lawrence County Vo Tech in 1974.
She was a member and taught Sunday School for many years at the Moravia Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of the Taylor Township Fire Department Auxiliary.
Survivors include a son, William (Jennifer) Anderson Jr. and his family; a brother, Walter (Carmen) Mielke Jr.; many family members and friends, who loved her dearly; and her loving dog, Emma Leigh.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the Moravia Presbyterian Church. Her cousin, the Rev. Kevin McConnell will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
