Kenneth J. Adamo, 52, of Union Township passed away on Jan. 12, 2016, while on vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Born on April 21, 1963, in New Castle, he was a son of Richard and Virginia Kielar Adamo. His parents survive in New Castle. Surviving at home is his beloved wife of 31 years, the former Cassandra Marino, whom he married on Sept. 22, 1984. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time at the beach, and he was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Kenneth will always be remembered as a loving and devoted son, husband, father and grandfather whose greatest joy came from spending time with his family, especially with his grandson. In addition to his parents and wife, Kenneth is survived by his children, Ken Adamo and wife Carrie of Ravenna, Ohio, and Matthew Adamo of New Castle; brother, Richard Adamo and wife Karen of New Castle; sister, Kim Conn and husband Glenn of Vero Beach, Fla.; and grandson, Elliot. The family will receive friends noon to 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Camillus Church, 314 W. Englewood Ave. A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, officiated by the Rev. Michael Peck.
