L. Scott Cuppy, 45, of Grove City, PA passed away on January 20, 2025. He was born May 7, 1979, in Weirton, WV. He was a graduate and dedicated electrical instructor at the New Castle School of Trades, where he devoted 18 years of his life to educating and inspiring countless students.

Because of Mr. Cuppy's passion for teaching and his unwavering commitment to his students, many proudly referred to themselves as "Cuppy's Kids". His impact on their lives was profound, and he was cherished by all who had the privilege of learning from him.

Outside of his professional life, Scott had a deep love for animals. He was known for his kindness and compassion toward all creatures. He also had a fascination for fast cars; Scott recently began taking his Camaro to the Salem Dragstrip to race his friends and coworkers for fun. Scott is survived by his grandmother, Leora Cuppy, and his New Castle School of Trades family. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched and the knowledge he imparted. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues, and students. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
