New Castle, PA - Larry S. McAllister, 65, of New Castle passed away at his residence on Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Born Oct. 21, 1959, in New Castle, Larry was the son of the late Nelson and Betty Plunkard McAllister.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tamara Turner McAllister.
Larry was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1977 through 2006. Larry obtained the rank of staff sergeant.
Larry is survived by his four children, Bambi Condell of Ellwood City, Larry S. and Constance McAllister Jr. of Bessemer, Marlene and Brad Cascavilla of New Castle and Kenny McAllister of Butler; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a sister, Kathy Graham of New Castle.
Besides his parents and wife, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Charles McAllister; a sister, Cheryl Harris;and a grandson.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the Joseph A. Tomon Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Ave., Ellport.
Full military rites will be offered by the Veterans Honor Guard at 6 p.m.
