I want to share one of my favorite memories. This may sound silly but I love fixing things and I was visiting Aunt Dora and Uncle Lindy and we were in the garage together. I said what’s going on with the motorcycle. Uncle Lindy “don’t run”. Maybe I can fix it. So we tinkered for a while and I showed him the wire on the magneto was shorted to the flywheel. We got it running and Uncle Lindy said I would have figured it out. I said I know and we were laughing so hard. I loved his calmness, and patience. Heaven got a good one

Lindy taught me many things the year I worked for him at the restaurant. Heaven gained another angel. Prayers for his family and friends.

Many memories flooding my mind last couple days. Uncle Lindy you truly will be missed, but we will see you again. Aunt Dora, Tammy, Jo and Amy you are in my prayers in the days and weeks ahead. Three memories that will never fade: his laugh, his pipe and flannel shirt.
