Marcy Lynn Carroll

Remembering our dear sister Marcy on Feb 27th, her 1st Birthday without her. There is such sadness knowing you are gone from us and that we can't call you, text you or send you a card. But we will definitely think of you, and all the beautiful memories we have of you down through the years. You were the baby of our family of 6 children, so very special and loved by us all so very much. Some of our best memories were during your childhood and teen years.

You gave your heart to Jesus at 12 years old and followed him your whole life. You left home to Study at Toccoa Falls College in GA because God put a call in your heart to serve him. You met your husband Ken there and you both prepared for full time ministry. You graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education in 1980. You alongside your husband faithfully served the Lord with the C&MA; for many years in various Alliance Churches in Delaware, GA and North Carolina and VA. You loved being in the ministry working with families and children.

You both formed a beautiful family and raised three amazing children for the Lord. You also worked as a Pre-School teacher at a Christian School, and at a Christian Bookstore reviewing and recommending books for customers and as a Secretary for the President's office at a local College in VA. These were some of the joys along with the Pastoral Ministry that you loved dearly.

You were so talented, you could Interior Decorate any house so beautifully. You yourself always looked beautiful dressed, people would stop you in the street and comment on how exceptionally gorgeous you looked. But your beauty was really from the Interior, that comes from a life well lived for Jesus. You loved to give gifts to everyone and always made those with you feel so very loved and important. One of your best gifts you gave was to call your family and friends to tell them you loved them and were praying for them.

You were a Grandmother to 6 precious grandchildren who loved you dearly and enjoyed spending time with you. We can't forget how you always had your little doggy on your lap, and took him everywhere with you. We miss you so very much Marcy, and will never forget you, you were the best sister anyone could have. We thank the Lord for the years we had with you but now know you are resting in the arms of Jesus with no more pain that you had suffered with down through the years.
