New Castle, PA - Mary (Alberico) Beynon, 96, of New Castle passed away on Sept. 1, 2025, at her residence.
Born in New Castle on Aug. 30, 1929, Mary was the daughter of the late Matt and Carmela Casillo Alberico.
Surviving at home is her loving and devoted husband of seventy-five years John Beynon, whom she married on Nov. 27, 1950.
Mary graduated from New Castle High School in 1947. She had worked for Verizon for 23 years at various locations, retiring in 1992.
Mary enjoyed walking, baking, reading and taking many bus trips. She also enjoyed working in her many flower beds.
In addition to her husband, survivors include, one son, Keith Beynon (Jacquiline), and two step grandsons, Ross and Ryan.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her son, Gregory and three brothers, Marco, Joseph, and Mike Alberico.
Honoring her wishes there are no calling hours or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
