Sharon - Mary Jane Semple Ealy, 75, of Sharpsville died on Saturday, June 18, 2016, in Sharon.

She was born on July 13, 1930, in Mercer Cottage Hospital to Martha Tinker and Mark Semple.

She was a homemaker.

She was a graduate of Mercer High School.

She worked at First National Bank, prior to her marriage to Russell Ealy on May 15, 1957.

A resident of Jefferson Township since 1961, she was a life member of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Mercer.

She enjoyed music and solving crossword puzzles. She was a member of the Senior Singers at Shenango Valley Senior Center.

She is survived by her husband at the residence; two daughters, Carol Ann (Robert) Long of New Castle and Linda Jane (Robert) Cichra of Renfrew, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Brandon Long, Melissa Long, Justin Cichra, Timothy Cichra and Jennifer Cichra; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Geraldine Semple Redic, who passed away on Oct. 13, 2010.

Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Cunningham Funeral Home Inc., 144 S. Pitt St., Mercer, Pa. 16137.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Susan Allen, commissioned lay pastor at Bethany Presbyterian Church, will officiate.

Burial will be in Mount Washington Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
