New Castle, PA - Mildred M. Bott, age 98, of New Castle, passed away the morning of Feb. 13, 2026, at her residence.

Born June 8, 1927, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Robert and Hanna Wink.

Mildred was preceded in death Feb. 12, 2011, by her husband of 61 years, Ralph E. Bott, whom she married July 16, 1949.

Mildred was a graduate of Union High School.

She was a passionate homemaker who loved knitting and crocheting, reading and camping.

She was a founding member of Faith Country Chapel.

She is survived by a daughter, Janet L. (Stanley) Puzio of New Castle; one son, Douglas Bott of Volant; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert L. Bott; a granddaughter, Amanda Bott; and a daughter-in-law, Denise.

Visitation will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, at Cunningham Funeral Home, followed by a service at 4 p.m., officiated by Pastor Jason Doolittle of Faith Country Chapel.

She will be laid to rest by her husband in Oak Park Cemetery.
