New Castle, Pennsylvania - Nadine Hillary Shaffer of New Castle, Pennsylvania, passed away the morning of Nov. 21, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Nadine was born Oct. 3, 1971, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Randall (Butch) Shaffer and Renee R. (Burdette) Shaffer. Nadine will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, cousin and friend. Her favorite pastimes were music, movies, shopping, her animals and spending time with her family. In addition to her daughter Renee, she is survived by a brother Randy (Diane) Shaffer of New Castle, and a great aunt and uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
