Nancy Eppinger Obituary

Pulaski - Nancy Lynn Eppinger, of Marr Road, Pulaski, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025. She was 68 years old.

Born in New Castle, Feb. 15, 1957, to Melvin and Patricia Edeburn Hanna, she married Jerry Eppinger on Oct. 14, 1989. Nancy was of the protestant faith and formerly worked at Liberty Mutual for 20 years and New Castle School of Trades for 20 years.

She loved spending time at their pool, taking care of her home and lawn and, most importantly, spending time with her family. In addition to her husband Jerry and her mother Patricia Hanna, Nancy is survived by a daughter, Christie Hull and companion, Lawrence Collet, of Pulaski Township; one son, Shawn (Marcia) Eppinger of New Castle; a sister, Beth (Paul) Mickle of New Wilmington; and a brother, Brian (Darla) Hanna of Pulaski, Pennsylvania. Four special grandchildren, Brandon, Mara, Kayla and Breanna, brought so much happiness.

Nancy is preceded in death by her father, Melvin Hanna.

Visitation will be Sunday, Aug. 10, 2025, from 2 p.m. until the service at 4 p.m. at The Smith Funeral Home, 310 W. Neshannock Avenue, New Wilmington. Pastor Rebecca Rosengaarth will officiate, and interment will take place Monday at South Plain Grove Cemetery, Lawrence County.
