Nancy R. Stull Obituary

New Castle, PA - Nancy Renee Stull, 68, of New Castle, passed away the early morning of Feb. 2, 2026, at Kadima Rehab and Nursing in New Castle.

Born Sept. 23, 1957, in Erie, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of William M. and Myrna B. (Bristol) Tinstman.

A graduate of New Castle High School, she began her 30-year career as a cardiac tech with Advanced Cardiac Monitoring until her retirement.

She enjoyed her one true passion, that of watching the Pittsburgh Steelers at every opportunity.

Nancy was a lifetime member of First Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Shoaff of New Castle; one son, Michael (Sarah) Stull of Union Township; six brothers, William M. (Karen) Tinstman, Thomas Tinstman, James Tinstman, Joel S. (Karen) Tinstman, John R. (Jennifer) Tinstman and David P. (Cindy) Tinstman; one sister, Beth Anne Brunish Tinstman; five grandchildren, Lindsey and Madison Shoaff, Nevaeh Lewis, Michael and Hailee Stull; and two great-grandchildren, Aria and Alorah.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters-in-law, Lois Tinstman and Sara Tinstman.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.
