New Castle - Patricia Mae Mangino, 82, formerly of East Lutton Street, died Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Haven Convalescent Home in New Castle.

She was born Aug. 31, 1943, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Patsy and Angeline (Micco) Ragnelli.

Patricia was married to the late Albert J. "Cookie" Mangino, who died April 23, 2009.

She was a cook at Augustine's Pizza and Ladbrokes, then she was an aide for the New Castle Area School District.

She was a member of Highland Church of God, formerly Christian Assembly.

Patricia was very active in her church, youth ministry and the choir. She loved cooking, and above all, spending time with her family.

She is survived by two children, Marialana "Mia" Burton and her husband, Robert Sr., of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and Albert "Albee" Mangino and his wife, Eileen, of New Castle; four grandchildren, Taylor Mangino, Albert "Jibby" Mangino, Joshua M. Mangino and Robert Burton Jr.; one sister, Shirley Ragnelli; three nieces; and two nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Jason C. Mangino; and one sister, Marlene Lupo.

Visitation will be noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Ave. A funeral service will be celebrated at 3 p.m. after the visitation at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Ron Mounts will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
