Patricia (Pat) H. Schuller, 98, of New Castle, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many, has graduated from this life and moved on to life eternal on Thursday, March 5, 2020.
Cremation rites have been performed, according to her wish. Information on a memorial service will be posted on her facebook page.
She was born in Streator, Illinois, to Charles and Helen (Fallon) Heath on July 20, 1921.
She married Phillip Daniel (P.D.) Schuller on Jan. 17, 1942. They were married 59 years until his passing Sept. 22, 2001.
She worked as a self-taught bookkeeper in her husband's business, Schuller Construction. She then moved on to head bookkeeper at Sharon General Hospital, where she worked for 22 years until retirement at age 68. She procured a job at Giant Eagle at the age of 79, finally officially retiring from there at age 87.
She served as president of the Western Pennsylvania District of the United Methodist Women for many years and served as youth leader for Emanuel Evangelical United Bretheren Church.
Everyone who knew Pat has stories of her energy level and enthusiasm.
