New Castle, Pennsylvania - Patrick A. Peak, 59, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 20, 2025.
Born Feb. 9, 1966, he was the son of the late Ronald and Patricia Peak.
Patrick enjoyed spending time with his family and especially cherished his grandchildren.
He was a whiz in the kitchen.
He had a heart of gold and will be remembered for his stories.
He is survived by a daughter, Kellie Peak-Moore; three grandchildren; siblings, Kim Gallaher, Duncan Peak (Karen), Dawn McCrumb (Ron), Ronald Peak, Raemee Peak, Eugene Peak, Charles Peak (Mary) and Carl Peak; stepsiblings, Candy McCormick, Joe Crowley and Lee Frazier; and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
A private service will take place at the convenience of the family.
