Patti Orock (Putsy) Obituary

Patti "Putsy" Orock, 81, of Ellwood City, formerly of Fombell, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born on March 1, 1940, in the West End of Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances Kwolek Kirkham.

She was married to Gerald "PeeWee" Orock.

Patti was retired from Leeds and Northrup, where she worked as a machine operator for 36 years.

She was a member of the former Free Methodist Church in Fombell.

Patti loved to shop, crochet and entertain friends and family on the holidays. She always kept a spotless home.

Survivors include her husband, "PeeWee"; daughter, Lori (Jack) Veres of Ellwood City; son Tawn Orock of Fombell; sister, Sandy (George) McCool of Ellwood City; three grandchildren, Jamie, Carly and Brandy; and five great-grandchildren, Gianna, Derik, Noah, Amelia and Sebastian.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Randy in 1990, and Gerald Jr. in 2014; two sisters, Joan and Carol; her twin brothers, Donald and Ronald, and her brother, Gary.

Visiting hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, and from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022, at the Marshall Funeral Home, 200 Fountain Ave., Ellwood City.

Interment will follow in Clinton Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital.
