Paul A. Strayer Sr., 69, of New Castle passed away the morning of March 14, 2025.
Born Nov. 21, 1955, in New Castle, Paul was the son of the late Marion Kenneth Strayer and Martha E. Rice Strayer.
Paul married his beloved wife, the former Cindy Lou Dosch, in 1979. Cindy preceded him in death in 2011.
Paul enjoyed collecting and working on cars.
Paul is survived by his son, Paul A. Strayer Jr. (Jamie); two daughters, Mary Simpkins-Bartle and Tracy Jeffries, grandsons, Paul A. Strayer III and Robert Strayer; and granddaughter, Amanda Strayer.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
In honoring his wishes, there is no viewing or service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 S. Mill St.
