Paula Rae Murray
Paula Rae Murray, 67, formerly of Rock Creek, died peacefully at the Shenango on the Green personal care unit in New Wilmington on March 21, 2020.
She was a daughter of Jim and Pauline Jameson born on May 7, 1952, in Warren, Ohio.
Paula was a retired special education teacher who taught in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and in Hall County, Georgia.
She was the recipient of the Hall County Special Education Teacher of the Year Award.
She spent 15 years of retirement in New Wilmington.
Paula felt the love of Christ in her heart and returned that love to her husband, family and friends every day.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Murray, of New Wilmington; and her brother, Gary Jameson of Rocky River, Ohio.
A private funeral chapel service and burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Rock Creek, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions are welcome to Christians United for Israel, Box 1307, San Antonio, Texas 78295, or to Disabled American Veterans, Box 1403, Cincinnati, Ohio 45250-0301.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Paine Funeral Home Inc., 140 E. Main St., Orwell, Ohio 44076.

Paula was a wonderful friend. I am so sorry to learn about her passing. We shared many great times at McEver and after our retirement. She was such a great advocate for her students. She was an inspiration. I loved her dearly and am so thankful that we spoke only a day or so before she passed. Prayers for all!
