New Castle, PA - Peggie A. Julian, age 85, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, passed away the evening of Dec. 19, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Born July 5, 1940, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Dorothy (Roberts) Reiter.

She married her beloved husband, Philip J. Julian, who survives.

Peggie was a graduate of New Castle High School.

For several years, she worked in the payroll department of the Lawrence County courthouse, until her retirement.

Peggie enjoyed camping, fishing, bowling and watching Netflix.

She was a member of St. Joseph's-Holy Spirit Parish.

In addition to her husband, Peggie is survived by two daughters, Cyndi (Eldon) Watson of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, and Tammy Abraham of New Castle, Pennsylvania; two sons, Arnold (Wendy) Julian of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, and Philip (Erica) Julian of New Castle, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Robert (Mary Ann) Reiter of New Castle, Pennsylvania, and Gary "Bucky" Reiter of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Pullium; two brothers, Edward and Ronald Reiter; and one sister, Beverley Guinaugh.

A Celebration of Life service will be held privately.

Burial will be at Oak Park Cemetery.
