New Castle, PA - Renee Destiny Shaffer passed away the evening of Feb. 6, 2026, at Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, while under hospice care.
Renee was born April 19,1992, to the late Nadine Shaffer of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who preceded her in death in November 2025.
Her love for animals was evident in the many cats she welcomed into her home as a foster, offering them safety, comfort and unconditional love.
Renee is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be forever missed by her family, friends and loved ones.
